Terms and Conditions – Seeopening 2026 Prize Draw

1. Organizer

The prize draw for Seeopening 2026 is organized by Smartkat Bootsbau und Vertriebs GmbH (hereinafter "smartkat"), located at Steyrer Straße 56, 3350 Stadt Haag, Austria.

2. Participation Period

The prize draw runs from April 30, 2026, 00:00 AM to May 03, 2026, 11:59 PM (Austrian time). Entries outside this period will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

• Eligible participants are natural persons aged 18 years or older.
• The prize draw is accessible worldwide.
• Employees of smartkat and their relatives are excluded from participation.
• Only one entry per person is permitted.

4. Prize

The prize is a SmartSUP Ultralight StandUP Board in a complete package, consisting of:

• Board
• Carry strap
• Backpack
• Nano-stand pump
• Fin
• Repair kit
• Telescopic paddle

Cash payment or exchange of the prize is not possible.

5. Process & Winner Determination

After the end of the participation period, the winner will be determined in the week of May 04, 2026, by a random draw from all valid entries.

6. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified personally by email to the address provided during registration. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, smartkat reserves the right to draw a new winner.

7. Data Protection

The data collected during the prize draw (name, email address, phone number) will be processed for the purpose of conducting the prize draw. Further information can be found in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

smartkat is not liable for technical problems or disruptions affecting participation in the prize draw. Liability only exists in cases of intent or gross negligence.

9. Changes & Early Termination

smartkat reserves the right to change or terminate the prize draw at any time without prior notice if unforeseen circumstances require it.

10. Legal Recourse & Applicable Law

Legal recourse is excluded. Austrian law applies.
