Terms of use for the season start promotion from smartkat

1. Organizer of the campaign
The season start campaign is carried out by Smartkat Bootsbau und Vertriebs GmbH (hereinafter "smartkat") with registered office at Steyrer Strasse 56, 3350 Stad Haag, Austria.

2. Promotion period
The promotion is valid exclusively from April 1, 2025, 12:00 AM to April 31, 2025, 11:59 PM . Orders placed outside this period are excluded from the promotion.

3. Discount conditions
- 10% discount on accessories and spare parts in the online shop.

- The discounts are not valid in combination with other promotions, vouchers or discounts.

4. Eligibility to participate
- Natural persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate
- The promotion is available worldwide, provided shipping to the respective country is possible.

- The promotion is only valid for items sold on the website www.smartkat.at are listed.
- All offers are valid only while stocks last. There is no right to resupply or price guarantee for sold-out items.

6. Shipping and delivery time
- Due to the increased order volume during the season launch promotion, delivery times may be longer. Smartkat strives to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Exact delivery time information will be provided after the order is placed.

7. Shipping costs
- The promotion does not affect shipping costs. Standard shipping rates still apply.

8. Return and cancellation
